Zach Scruggs loses appeals before US Supreme Court
ASSOCIATED PRESS
JACKSON -- The U.S. Supreme Court has denied an appeal from
Zach Scruggs, who was implicated as having knowledge of a judicial
corruption scheme that toppled his father, plaintiffs' lawyer Richard
"Dickie" Scruggs.
The court without comment Tuesday declined Scruggs' request to hear his appeal.
The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans upheld Zach Scruggs' conviction in October.

Unlike
Zach Scruggs, Paul Minor was never disbarred after he was convicted in
federal court of bribing Judge John Whitfield and Judge Wes Teel.
Minor was my attorney for fifteen years and explained to me in Judge John Whitfield's courtroom how my judge had been bribed. Minor then bribed Judge Whitfield to dismiss my case when he discovered I had secretly audio taped him and had turned the taped evidence over to the FBI.
So- why is Paul Minor allowed to practice law in Louisiana and Mississippi and Zach Scruggs is not?
See recent Sun Herald news story about Paul Minor's release from prison. Lawyers who bribe judges and commit fraud should stay in jail, not earn millions while in prison. How much as Zach Scruggs earned while in prison? These criminals know where all the bodies are buried. Until all the "bodies" are found and exposed, not one of these criminals should be free.

A
good lawyer knows the law; a great lawyer knows the judge.
Paul Minor
was my former attorney who bribed my former judge John Whitfield to
dismiss my case when I found out Minor had embezzled settlement funds
and failed to file two dozen other cases.
It pays to be rich, earning
millions of dollars while in prison. That way criminal can buy their
way out of federal prison. Minor was not convicted of half the crimes he
committed.
Paul Minor still claims he see nothing wrong with bribing
judges though he was convicted of fraud by a jury and sentenced to what
was to be a decade in federal prison. Will he bribe judges again? Most
likely. See http://www.toxicjustice.com/ What do you think? Add a comment to the article below.

Paul Minor appeals Miss. corruption conviction sentence to US Supreme Court
My former attorney Paul Minor featured in memoir, Toxic Justice, appeals corruption sentencing
Be sure to read my comment below this article -
JACKSON, Miss. — Imprisoned former attorney Paul Minor has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn his sentence in a Mississippi judicial corruption case.
Minor is appealing a decision by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals last August that upheld the sentences of Minor and former judges Wes Teel and John Whitfield. Prosecutors said Minor backed loans for the judges in exchange for favorable court rulings.

Paul Minor is my former attorney of fifteen years and former judge John
Whitfield sat on my case during the time they engaged in bribery and
the time period covered by their corruption convictions by a jury. Both
are appealing to the US Supreme Court. If they accomplish this no person
in the US will be safe for becoming a victim of public and court
corruption. No person will be safe from attorneys who sell their clients
cases to the highest bidder.
Toxic Justice, my memoir, tells
the true story of how child and adult victims of toxic injury are further victimized by their
own attorneys, the court, and politicians. Go to http://www.toxicjustice.com/

Locke Bowman, legal director of Northwestern University's MacArthur Justice Center, said the city's argument shows they are still trying to deny that the code of silence exists and "don't want to bothered” by the jury verdict. “Any scientist with any knowledge of the fluoridation issue would know this. There is a saying: ‘when a scientist abuses his position in society of trust and authority to mislead the public, he does not become a dishonest scientist – he simply ceases to be a scientist. This blind repetition of propaganda shows that Professor Skegg has ceased to be a scientist”, concludes Mr Atkin. Part of the problem stems from Sovereign Immunity which exempts governing bodies and their agent
s from accountability.
Vaccine manufacturers are covered under laws with exempt them from accountability even though the vaccine may have caused permanent injury, disability and death.
One solution is to remove Sovereign Immunity so that governing bodies and their agents are held accountable to those they harm by irresponsible or corrupted decisions.

Swan adds, "The study concluded that higher levels of flame retardant in blood of lower income children was a result of exposure to crumbling and older furniture. I felt that more factors needed consideration in light of the fact that flame retardant can rub off older furniture much like soil retardants. I asked the study group if they had also queried about other source of polyurethane treated with flame retardant. They had not.
The study concluded that exposure to flame retardant in older furniture was responsible for higher levels of this chemical and did not include the fact that property owners, day cares, and school have insulated roofs and walls with cheap spray on foam and foam sheets. This insulation requires retreatment of flame retardant containing highly toxic toluene diisocyanate, xylene and other deadly cancer causing chemicals. The flame retardant must be applied every few years or the building becomes highly flammable.
I have received hundreds of reports of sickness after flame retardant was sprayed onto day cares, homes, and school during occupancy.
Forty-one percent of the couches contained chlorinated Tris (TDCPP), a cancer-causing flame retardant removed from baby pajamas in the 1970s, and 17 percent contained the worldwide-banned chemical pentaBDE, the Duke University and University of California, Berkeley, researchers said.
